This includes 20 years with Billiton International Metals (previously the metals arm of Shell) to operating company Managing Director level where he was involved in the management of large, open pit mine operations in South America, Africa and, latterly, Central Asia with Western Mining Corporation. David Pedley - Finance Director
David Pedley's career history includes 14 years with the
electronics giant Philips to the position of Financial
Controller. In his subsequent role as Finance Director for a
number of firms, including subsidiaries of Coats Viyella plc, he
gained considerable experience of corporate finance, mergers and
acquisitions and also led a successful flotation on the Alternative

Chris Nurse - Government Relations and Legal Adviser
Chris Nurse studied law at Oxford University prior to joining the London practice of accountants Price Waterhouse where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. His wide range of assignments included restructuring, a government secondment and various accounting and consulting projects where he specialised in natural resource industries.Read more>
Dr Eike von der Linden - Technical Director
Dr von der Linden had been involved in the global mining industry for the past 30 years. He has considerable experience in the technical and financial management of mining projects and has worked as lead in project development, independent adviser to financial institutions and been involved in project financing in the natural resources industry. He has also acted as technical and financial adviser to several national and international companies.
Munther Akroush - Jordan Office Director
Munther Akroush has diverse experience of the mechanical, petroleum, construction and energy sectors. After a successful commercial career Munther spent 15 years as a Deputy Director of Jordan's Natural Resources Authority. A qualified Mechanical Engineer, Munther also holds a Master's degree in Economics.
